LUKE HAYWARD

Headlining this year is one of our favourite locals, Luke Hayward. He started playing guitar in early primary school and continued through high school performing in various bands, gaining experience on stage and with the instrument. After completing his schooling he continued to play with friends but it wasn’t until two years later that he started to pursue music on a professional level. Since then he has played consistently around the Northern Coast and inter-state making a showcase of utilising various guitars to display a range of styles. These includes mixtures of delta blues, rock, reggae, acoustic and roots music. After playing solo for a period of time he decided to expand developing his band the ‘Heath St Heroes’ and following duo performances with other artists around the area. Luke’s well worth a listen if you enjoy a mixture of music styles and alternate instruments.

TYMPANIC

I am Tympanic, otherwise known as Karime, an EDM Producer & DJ from the Northern Rivers of NSW. The name Tympanic came from ‘Tympanic membrane’ which is the medical term for your eardrum and I thought since I’m deaf, that was very fitting! My style of music is pretty heavy, mainly Dubstep, Trap and Drum & Bass. I also love Melodic Dubstep, Future Bass and Electronica.
